One idea branched into many, many more great ideas. Having grown up living a very physical, athletic lifestyle and having a background in gymnastics, I found a new love and harmonic peace within Pilates, Yoga and meditation. Yoga flows have allowed me to not only slow down after enduring a lot of fast paced activity with my every day work life, but it has allowed me to gain a lot of my flexibility back, while also allowing being able to capture my nude body in the form of different shapes created by movements.
From highlighting the rib bones in backbends, to enhancing the raw beauty of muscle and bone structure.
